Services are available to all Alberta residents in person and online.

• Insurance Coverage: Your sessions may be covered by your health insurance. Please check with your provider before your first session to confirm coverage for psychotherapy. I offer direct billing with Alberta Blue Cross, ASEBP, Manulife, Canada Life, and many others. Receipts can also be provided so that you can submit to insurance companies that do not permit direct billing.

• Cancellation Policy: To ensure quality care for all clients, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy 🕒. If you need to cancel, please do so through your profile at least 24 hours before your session, by email at saara@sbaincounselling.com or by calling/texting 780-518-7133.

Please add yourself to the waitlist/cancellation list if you do not see an opening within the timeframe you were hoping. There are often changes to my schedule that will create openings.
